PriorAuth Pilot is built by people who have done this work: preparing, submitting and tracking prior authorizations for an Ohio outpatient behavioral health agency.

Who we are

PriorAuth Pilot is built by a behavioral health operations and compliance team. Our background includes running day-to-day operations for an outpatient behavioral health agency, working with Ohio Medicaid managed care plans, and conducting CARF accreditation surveys of other organizations.

Why we built it

Prior authorizations take hours of retyping, form filling and follow-up, and a missed renewal can mean lost revenue or a gap in care. We built PriorAuth Pilot to cut that work down: upload the client's documents, review what it prepares, and send a complete packet, with reminders before each authorization expires.

How we work with agencies

• Every agency signs a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with us. Read about our security.
• Staff review and approve everything before it is sent. AI drafts are a starting point, never the final word.
• We build PriorAuth Pilot with the agencies that use it, and many features start as a customer's suggestion.
