Every plan includes every feature and unlimited staff users. Optional fax from $49/month.

Requests reset every month — no rollover. Your request count starts over at the beginning of each monthly billing period, even on yearly plans. For example, if your plan includes 25 requests and you use 10, the other 15 don't carry over to the next month.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax where it applies. No setup fee — your agency sets itself up in minutes.

What happens at your request limit. When you reach your plan's monthly request limit, PriorAuth Pilot won't create new packets until your next monthly period starts, or until you move to a larger plan from Plan & billing. Your existing requests stay available, and there are no overage charges for requests. We email your administrator when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly limit, so there are no surprises.

What counts as a request. A request counts once, when its packet is first created. Drafts don't count, and correcting and re-creating the same packet doesn't count again. One request can include several service codes. A renewal or a resubmission is a new request, so it counts when its packet is created.

Fax add-ons

Send packets to health plans from inside PriorAuth Pilot. Pick a fax add-on when you choose your plan and pay for both at one checkout, or add it later. Monthly plans pair with monthly fax, and yearly plans with yearly fax.

Fax pages reset each month and don't roll over, on monthly and yearly options. Faxing is not unlimited: before any fax goes over your included pages, we show you the cost and ask you to confirm. A typical prior authorization packet is 10–15 pages.

Eligibility checks

Check a client's Ohio Medicaid coverage from inside PriorAuth Pilot. One check with Ohio Medicaid covers every Ohio Medicaid managed care plan and shows which plan the client is enrolled in. You can also double-check with the client's managed care plan directly; each check counts as one.
